A Regular pass or ticket is for anyone over 48 inches tall
A Jr. pass or ticket is for anyone under 48 inches tall.  Any guest under 32” tall is free.
A Sr. ticket is for anyone over 65 years old.

How much is parking?

Daily Parking Free.  Overnight parking is not allowed.  Abandoned vehicles may be towed.

How can I pay for admission, food, and souvenirs?

Hydro Adventures accepts cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.  You may purchase admission tickets online or at the park.  In the main building there is an ATM located in the lobby for our customers’ convenience.

Can I bring in my own food and drinks?

We do not allow outside food or drinks in the park.  We have a wide variety of food to choose from; such as hamburgers, hot dogs, French fries, pizza, chicken strips, ice cream, and soft drinks.  

Do I still have to pay if I’m not getting in the water?

You will need to pay to enter the Water Park side of Hydro Adventures.  However, if you want to enter the Fun Park section it is free to enter and you pay per attraction.

Where can I get discount coupons?

Daily tickets are cheapest online at Discounts are sometimes available at local business, on our Facebook page and our email list.  Visit the Season Pass Desk to Sign up for our email list and get exclusive discounts.

What if I forgot to bring something at home?

If you forgot something at home you can check in our Merchandise shop for things such as sunscreen, sunglasses, swim diapers, and towels just to name a few items.

Are there height requirements for any of the rides?

Yes, the requirements can be found on our website and they are also on signs at the entrance of each ride.

Do you have life jackets and where can I get one?

Free life jackets are available in the park in front of the wave pool.  Life jacket rules apply for all guests under 48″. Please read safety signage for specifics to each attraction and ask a lifeguard if clarification is needed.

Where are the best places to go with a toddler?

Splish Splash Bay that is perfect for our younger guests.  The dumping bucket and small slides are designed for our small guests.  Toddlers can also go into the lazy river and wave pool when wearing a lifejacket and accompanied by a responsible person.

Do you allow smoking?

We have a designated smoking area inside the park for tobacco and vaping.  Many guests choose to smoke and vape in the parking lot.

What if my party gets separated?

Groups should have a designated spot to meet if someone gets lost or if the group gets separated.  Lost children will be escorted through the park by and employee.  If the parties are not united after two laps around the park the child will be taken to the Season Pass Desk.  Hydro Adventures does not page guests.

Who should lost parents report to?

If you should become separated from your party, please make arrangements to meet at Season Pass Desk in the main building. If you have a lost child contact any Hydro Adventures team member.

What about water safety?

Our lifeguards are trained and certified by Ellis & Associates each year. Dozens of lifeguards complete the International Lifeguard Training Program each season. They are here for safety and service.

Where is the First Aid Station?

The First Aid Station is located under the deck at the main building.  The location is noted by the big red door and sign.

Is there shade?

We have several giant umbrellas to give shade located throughout the water side of the park.  We also have picnic tables with umbrellas shading each table.  The park also offers private cabana rentals.  Our Arcade is always shaded.

What about my eye glasses?

Eye glasses are allowed on each attraction.  However, they should be secured with a strap.  Hydro Adventures is not responsible for lost and damaged items.

Do you have changing facilities?

There are restrooms, showers, and changing facilities located at the main building of the park.  The glass door to access that area is located under the deck.

Can I bring in my own cooler?

We do not allow coolers into the park but guests can leave the park and come back in the same day by leaving their wristband on.

What about my valuables?

Hydro Adventures has several banks of lockers for guest to store their valuables.  There is two sizes of lockers and the lockers take exact cash or a credit card.  Hydro Adventures is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

What if I have a disability?

If you have a disability, please call us at 573-727-9322 and we can discuss with you our accommodations to help you make the most of your day at the park.

What is your chaperone policy?

Children under 13 years of age may NOT be at the Park without adult supervision.   Regardless, we strongly recommend that minors (under 18) be accompanied by an adult.
